i guess my absence from blogging is considered healthy cause well that shows that i have been occupied lately rather than straining my eyes observing this rectangular screen widely. well, let me share the episode where i went to KL recently. i guess it would be 2 weeks ago. well, during Christmas season it is a MUST ( notice the caps lock) to go to KL because i just love going gaga over the decorations. lol i guess i have said this last year too. so yeah, i rate the decorations in each mall :) pretty jobless huh? and yeah not to forget shopping!! oh yeah! it was CRAAZY! bought a lot of new tops and a pair of shoes, and what else gained up extra calories by munching a lot :) i was well kinda on a diet a healthy one but well i ?HAD to break it when i was there...
so,
DAY 1:
we left at around 5.30 in the evening from penang. reached KL around 10 something. got ourselves refreshed and then we went to meet my so long uncle from australia. it was 10 years after i saw him and he could not recognize me =.= i grew so fast. so we had late dinner at athena's in pavillion. Mediterranean cuisine which was chicken paella, homemade pasta wish meatballs and peri chicken. we chatted ate and a wonderful time and then a walk in bukit bintang where a lot of NGO's were trying to act funny =.= then we went to the room and unlce left at 3.00 a.m lol quite late i know cause he was flying back to australia the next day.
DAY 2:
mom and i went to pavilion since sis had work and bro was at uni. so, at aroun 11 ish we went there under the hot scorching KL sun. went straight to mercato ( European supermarket) fortuantely they had certain things that you dont even get it over here in penang. finally we managed to grab some greek yogurt some jalapeno cream cheese, mexican tortilla's, betty crockers super moist and some cheese. sis joined us after a few hours with bro as we had lunch at tarbush express. and oh my, my mouth is watering at spur moment as i am typing. the food was AWESOME!!! the shawarma was made to perfection so moist yet a little crisp the lamb was full of flavour and very juicy as it complemented well with some amazing garlic sauce and hummus! oh my that was the BEST shawarma that i have ever had in malaysi. cause every arab shop that i have gone, has never made it this nice. then we headed back to the hotel and got some rest. it rained and ruined our plans so yeah ordered room service for dinner and included some tortilla with some cream cheese and nachos into it as we watch chelsea vs wolves. although i'm against chelsea >:) and a BIG MU fan but watching andres villa boas lol nevermind.. he has nice hair ;) and for dessert we had chocolate indulgence from secret recipe

at mercato.

the view from the hotel

bukit bintang on a busy friday night :) awesome music
their performance was splendid!

DAY 3:
went to sogo to do some shopping and my gosh!! the sale over there was just hectic. sogo was like a fish market on a busy monday morning. people rushing up grabbing clothes to match them. it was quite cheap. branded clothes and shoes. so we managed to shop for some clothes and got something for dad and bro too :). headed straight from their to pavilion AGAIN for the shawarma :) trust me its delicious! then in the evening around 7 we took a walk to the towers. KL central park for fun. KLCC was busy as usual people rushing up and down. never got to snap a pic of the deco there but let me tell you, it was horrible. it was like " oh look you wanna have a chirstmas tree here you go " BOORING * yawns*

at sogo.
DAY 4:
mum wanted to go to IKEA. so we took an LRT all the way there and shopped over there too. until the heavy downpour in petalingjaya which prevented us from going to 1 utama. =.= . so we reached mid KL at around 5 in the evening and dont ask me again LOL we headed again to tarbush for a late lunch. and then we planned to order some nasi lemak from the pavilion food court which eventually tasted horrible. penang stands out in that type of food right? :) in the night we went to times square, lot 10 and farenheit for a little night stroke.

on the way to IKEA

the heavy downpour that caused this. the little graffiti area

times...

and this was at lot 10 i think ...

at farenheit.
DAY 5:
was indeed crazy with a lot of last minute shopping at sungei wang plaza. shopped and shopped and shopped until there was no space to pack some of our belongings. we departed from KL at around 6.30 in the evening and reached penang at 11 in the night. it was a holiday indeed a fantastic one :)
so here goes the rating:
1st: pavilion it was the BEST!
2nd: farenheit
3rd: lot 10
